Sensorimotor Psychotherapy


Sensorimotor therapy is best for everyone and anyone who has a body. It helps to support those who experiences discomfort in their thoughts, feelings, or body on a daily or sporadic basis. So anything from fear of flying or public speaking to fear of intimacy or unexpected flashbacks from a past traumatic event. 
 
Clients may need therapy to identify and process the events that are stuck and interrupt our daily life. Our therapists are trained to provide Trauma Informed, Culturally Sensitive, Attachment Informed Sensorimotor therapy.
