Areas Of Focus
“Seeking therapy can be scary; especially for those that hold marginalized identities and must work hard to feel safe, supported, and empowered.
I work to support adults experiencing stress/anxiety, those who identify as neurodivergent, and those who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Support is largely focused on ADHD, sex related issues, and body insecurities.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my work with clients. Through creating a warm, judgement-free environment, I aim to help you move past stigma, shame, and misconceptions about therapy. I am committed to helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness, gain more effective coping skills, and build deeper connections with themselves and others. Regardless of what brought you here, I can provide solidarity, compassion, and support to help you through this roller coaster known as life.”
